Dunpin customized lightweight suspended monorail track is the core guide component for OHT overhead hoist transfer and ASRS automated warehouse systems, designed to support stable conveyance of FOUPs and precision carriers between process equipment ports. Installed on ceiling steel structure, the track makes full use of vertical factory space, greatly improving transport stability and reducing handling time compared with traditional steel rails.The profile can be deployed in cleanrooms with ceiling height as low as 2.7m without occupying walkways, allowing overhead trolleys direct access to stocker ports without obstructions. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy with integrated extrusion structure, CNC precision machining and hard anodizing treatment, the track features high flatness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, stable splicing clearance within 0.05mm. Straight rails, curved rails and special-shaped rails are customizable, widely used in semiconductor FAB, panel factories, intelligent warehouses and new energy workshops.This track solution has been applied to Huasheng Intelligent Factory ASRS project, realizing uninterrupted automatic material transfer and improving overall production efficiency.
