Ultra‑long straight rails up to 13 meters and complex curved rails are core structural parts for aero‑engine component workstation transfer. Frequent high‑cycle reciprocating movement puts strict requirements on profile consistency, bending precision, splicing flatness and anti‑abrasion performance.
We implement full‑process control from mold co‑design, extrusion, precision bending, multi‑axis CNC machining to post‑bending hard anodizing.
Profile cross‑section consistency controlled within ±0.05 mm, with residual‑stress management for 13 m ultra‑long profiles
Precision numerically controlled bending, curve deviation ≤0.3°, guarantee seamless connection between straight and curved segments
High‑precision sawing ensures 100%‑fitting splicing surfaces, assembly gap<0.05 mm with no on‑site grinding required ‑5‑axis CNC machining for curved‑surface mounting holes and positioning slots, enabling fast field installation ‑Post‑bending hard anodizing delivers surface hardness 400‑500 HV, extending service life under heavy roller‑friction conditions by over 3 times.
